The Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) has officially announced its candidate list for the upcoming 2026 Assembly elections, with C. Joseph Vijay set to contest from both Perambur and Trichy East. He remarked, “They say our people have no experience. But those with experience have only used that experience to loot,” challenging the status quo and advocating for a new political narrative.
