For the first time, students in Odisha will receive their 10th result certificates in both Odia and English. This significant change reflects a broader push towards inclusivity and accessibility in education.

The results will be announced on May 2, 2026, at 4 PM. Students can access their scorecards online from 6 PM onwards on bseodisha.ac.in and bseodisha.nic.in.

This year, over 561,979 candidates appeared for the examinations conducted across more than 3,000 centres from February 19 to March 2. A minimum of 33 percent marks is required to pass the examination, with at least 30 percent in each subject.

Key access points for results:

Online: bseodisha.ac.in and bseodisha.nic.in starting at 6 PM

SMS: Send OR10 followed by your roll number to 5676750

Umang App: Results available through this mobile application

The provisional marksheet will detail each student’s name, roll number, subject-wise marks, total score, and qualifying status. This structured approach aims to streamline the process and ensure clarity.

<pLast year, the overall pass percentage was impressive at 94.69 percent, indicating a strong performance by students across the state. It will be interesting to see if this trend continues or if there are fluctuations due to various factors.

<pWith these changes, one can't help but wonder how this dual-language certificate system will impact student morale and engagement moving forward. Will it foster greater pride in local culture while also preparing students for global opportunities? Only time will tell.
