Sādhana Saptah is structured around three guiding principles: Technology, Tradition, and Tangible Outcomes. These principles aim to foster a holistic approach to civil service training, enhancing critical competencies such as leadership, effective communication, and digital governance.

Moreover, the initiative addresses a significant gap in the professional development of scientists and academicians transitioning into leadership roles.
